Twin brothers grow up together as enforcers in an underworld crime dynasty, until one betrays the other in a murderous power grab. Years later, the surviving brother resurfaces from hiding, physically and mentally transformed through extreme martial arts training, determined to exact revenge on his treacherous sibling. The film is a Spanish action thriller with a heavy emphasis on brutal hand-to-hand combat sequences.
