Jezus van de Javastraat
(2016)
A troubled man who believes himself to be the reincarnation of Jesus Christ wanders through a gritty Amsterdam neighbourhood, forming unlikely connections with the marginalised residents he encounters there. His messianic delusions bring him into conflict with the local community whilst simultaneously drawing in those who are desperate enough to believe in him.
