A reality competition series in which young aspiring pop artists, aged between eight and seventeen, compete for a recording contract and music industry mentorship. Each week the contestants perform original songs and face elimination based on judge evaluations, with music mogul Timbaland serving as the primary mentor and decision-maker. The series follows the young performers' journeys as they navigate the pressures of the entertainment industry whilst vying for the ultimate prize of launching a professional music career.
