A wealthy gated community in Spain maintains its own brutal system of self-governance, operating entirely outside the rule of law. When a young outsider becomes trapped within the compound's walls after a robbery goes wrong, a veteran police detective attempts to intervene despite the residents' determination to handle matters themselves.
