A historical drama series following the Knights Templar in the years leading up to their brutal suppression by the French crown in the early fourteenth century. The story centres on Landry, a disillusioned Templar knight who regains his sense of purpose when the order's most sacred relic, the Holy Grail, resurfaces after going missing at the fall of Acre. As Landry investigates the Grail's whereabouts, he becomes entangled in a web of political intrigue, betrayal, and forbidden desire involving the French royal court. The series traces the Templars' growing conflict with King Philip IV and the Church, which ultimately leads toward their downfall.
