A fatal road accident sets off a chain of moral and legal consequences when a wealthy Buenos Aires family's teenage son is involved in a collision that kills a young man. As the victim's father, a police officer, seeks justice outside the bounds of the law, the two families become locked in a tense confrontation that exposes the deep class divisions within Argentine society. The film examines how privilege and corruption can shape the outcome of tragedy, and how grief can drive an ordinary man towards desperate measures.
