Two couples whose paths cross at a dinner party begin to wonder about the romantic possibilities they might have missed, and the film explores this question by presenting two alternate versions of events — one in which the pairings go one way, and another in which they are reversed. As the parallel storylines unfold, the characters grapple with attraction, jealousy, and the uncertainty of whether they have ended up with the right person. The narrative weaves between the two timelines to examine how small choices and chance encounters can shape the course of love.
