A middle-aged Italian man finds his comfortable, predictable existence thrown into disarray when he discovers he has a serious medical condition that gives him roughly a fifty-fifty chance of survival. Confronted with his own mortality, he begins to reassess his relationships, priorities and the choices that have defined his life.
