How enCAST.pro Works for Talent Agents

enCAST.pro helps talent agents manage and promote their actors in one place.

You can link to your actors, edit their profiles and submit them to castings. Here is how it works.

Get Verified #

Only verified agencies can act for actors on enCAST.pro. After you join, verify your company. We check every agency by hand. Until then you can receive connection requests from your actors, but you cannot send requests, edit profiles or apply.

Link to Your Actors #

Either side can start the link. Your actors can search for you on their Actor-Agent Connect page and send you a request, or you can search for them on your My Connected Actors page and send the request yourself. The other side confirms by email or on the site, and both of you are told when the link is live.

• You see all your connected actors in one place
• Each actor can be connected to up to three agents, for example one per country
• Your connected actors are listed on your public profile, unless you switch that off on your edit form

Edit Actor Profiles #

As a connected agent you can:

• Update your actors' profiles
• Add new photos, showreels, CVs or voice samples
• Keep their profiles up to date

The actor receives an email listing what changed each time you save. This keeps your actors looking professional and keeps them informed.

Submit Actors to Casting Calls #

On every casting page you see thumbnails of your connected actors who match the role. Click one to check their eligibility and apply for them.

• The production receives the actor's profile, photos and showreel, with a note that the application came from you
• Replies from the production come to you
• The actor is emailed about the application, and it appears in their own list of applications as well as in yours

Casting Directors and Productions #

Casting directors see your name on every application you submit, and reply to you rather than to the actor. Your public profile shows the actors you represent, so a casting director who finds one of your actors can find you. Once verified, you can also message casting directors through the site.
