Thomas is best known as an skillfull improviser in several norwegian improvtheatergroups like «Bare Flaks», «NorgesLykkeligste» and «Grenland Impro». He is a driving force and a regular actor in "Makrellrevyen», a comedy show that takes
place every sommer holiday. Which have received good reviews in Kristiansand.

His dayjob is as a theatre teacher in Porsgrunn town. Yet he has had many acting jobs in small and large productions around the country, mainly theaterwork. He was for many years a regular actor/entertainer at Dyreparken Zoo, in the actorensemble in Kardemomme City as The Robber Kasper, and in Hakkebakkeskogen as Bamsefar. Considered one of norway's best children's entertainment platforms and most visited places in Norway by native norwegians.

He has a master's degree in fine arts and is educated as a lecturer in drama and theatre at the University of Agder. Yet after graduating with a bachelor's degree, he went on to his master's degree and made two theatrical performances «My Body Vol.1 and Vol.2.» Which reached national headlines in the Aftenposten-newspaper.
Thomas is a former Norwegian champion in theatre sports. Since then, he has played well over 800 impromptu performances and shows around the country. He has several times shared the stage with international improvisers such as Derek Flores and Lee White, as well as the ensemble of Det Andre Teateret in Oslo. Thomas has been on tour with his own groups with performances and workshops. In 2018, he and his group Bare Flaks was awarded «the Cultiva Talent Scholarship.»
